5 stars! My experience with Vijay and CR Rental Cars has been flawless. He really is a genuine kind man and wants the customer to be happy with his rental. I even had issue where we had rented for a month and my partner's gran passed away and we had to leave earlier to attend the funerals. We then returned the car and Vijay kindly arranged us a decent refund based on weekly rate instead. It really helped us. Thank you again my friend.

What documents do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car, you will need a valid driver's license, a credit card, and proof of insurance. International renters may need a passport and an international driver's permit.
Can I rent a car if I'm under 25?
Yes, drivers under 25 can rent a car with us, but a young driver surcharge may apply. Please check our policy for more details.
What is the fuel policy?
We offer a full-to-full fuel policy. Please return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up to avoid additional charges.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, you can add an additional driver for a small fee. The additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In the event of an accident, please contact local authorities and our customer service immediately. We will guide you through the next steps.
Are there any mileage restrictions?
Most of our rentals come with unlimited mileage, but some restrictions may apply to certain vehicles. Please check your rental agreement for details.
How do I extend my rental period?
To extend your rental period, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
